Stress Management
We offer three levels of stress management; company audits, staff and management training and individual counselling. It is very important, especially in small companies, for managers to know their responsibilities - very few know what to do if an employee presents a sick certificate saying stress (which they may think they can ignore) or work-related stress(which they probably know they can’t) or know how or when to do a mental health risk assessment
