Stress awareness

Do you feel tense, tired, irritable? Lack concentration? Have trouble sleeping? Are you making mistakes? Is your memory getting worse? 

Courses can be provided as one day workshops or a six week programme of shorter sessions. Each session is two hours long and combines theory with practical relaxation exercises – a blissful opportunity to get away from the pressures for a while and chill out!

Can be arranged in GP surgeries, local centres and on company premises. Please contact Sandi if you would like to set up a programme for your staff, colleagues, patients, or friends.

We offer three levels of stress management;

It is very important, especially in small companies, for managers to know their responsibilities - very few know what to do if an employee presents a sick certificate saying stress (which they may think they can ignore) or work-related stress (which they probably know they can't) or know how or when to do a mental health risk assessment
